Without going into too much detail, I will simply say that it's time for us to start thinking about our 1,000th customer celebration. In mid January, we gave away a free Gryphon programmer and 1 of every promotional item we have to our 500th customer. It's going to be hard to top that, and I've yet to come up with anything, but we need to do it relatively soon. My quandary is that we offer a variety of products, so we need to make sure that we take ALL of our customers into consideration with any giveaway. Any ideas?

 

T-shirts. Send the administrators/moderators T-shirts.

How soon is the 1000th customer? Just wondering I plan on sending my stuff in, in two weeks.

How about you 1000th customer will receive his/her order free of charge and include complimentary custom dyno tuning for there truck. I know that Bill has no problems with dyno tuning, but for the customers that don't live near you, you guys might be able to work with a local dyno that is local to the customer to get the data that you need.

Just an idea, but an awesome bonus for some lucky customer...

sorry for the stupidity, i just left the diesel world and came back to the gassers recently... i'm guessing the gryphon is customs tunes for the edge evo? what kind of tunes does this company offer? how do they compare to others? help would be nice, i've been out of the gas scene for a while

 

That is a great idea. I was customer 502 and I haven't received my tunes yet. With as quickly as they are growing, that will probably knock off 6 months of wait time.

In the next monrth or 2 I am ordering a gryphon with 2 custom tunes.. the current wait time is 6+ months before you get it?! Is that sending out a prior unit or bying a new unit outright? Im flipping out here.....

This was buying a new unit. I do not know what the wait time is. I am not saying the current wait time is 6+ months. I do know that we are coming up to 3 months right now. I was told there were 11 people in front of me on the 7th of April. 11 people, 16 days and counting...
