Tell ya what, though... with respect to our customer who are waiting... if we see a general influx of Upgrades from people trying to get around the wait, we'll go back to the old way. Aside from when we have sales, it's pretty easy to predict how many upgrades we should be getting each week.

The whole Upgrade process is designed for people who already OWN an Evo and need custom tunes... not for people to purchase a used programmer so they can get their tunes faster.

Look for an announcement from PHP in the next few days about a pretty drastic business decision that we're making to ensure that our customers DON'T have to wait twelve weeks.
