I have emailed a couple of times in the last two weeks and no answer yet. I can't call long distance from work and they are closed when I get off work. Anybody else having trouble?

 

They may be closed for Spring Break.

 

And they're swamped with orders.

 

They're having phone trouble...Bill said on his forum it should be fixed tomorrow.

 

I was having trouble too, then went to their website, and it said they were going to be closed.

I'm sure they have a million messages to respond to, so I would give them a couple days until I tried to contact them, so they can catch up.
