Edge on level 0

What can I do with my Edge Evolution if I don't run the canned tunes, but just keep it on level 0.

Will I be able to change tire size, shift points, and rev limits?

I don't think you can adjust settings for Level 0. It is the stock program that comes on your truck, so I wouldn't think you can change it. I haven't tried though.

The things you want to change are settings in Level 1(Transmission Only Program).

Transmission Only Program
This setting is the lowest level setting. It will provide firmer transmission
shifts which helps to increase the transmission life. It does not provide any
engine performance increases and is designed to run with regular unleaded
(85 to 87 octane) fuel.

Level 0 is your stock tune so you can't change any setting. The only thing your Edge can do for you on your stock tune is the monitor read outs. You need to have it on at least Level 1 to change settings. Level 1 is just a shift tune.

Thanks for the quick reply. I thought that might be the case, so now I've confirmed it.

I have a FFV so it does not work with my truck. I need to call tech support to see what my options are.

I still like the read out options it offers, so I'll keep it either way.

I'd guess the firmware in your Edge is out of date. Edge tech support should be able to get you up to speed.
