Edge Question

Recently purchased a used programmer & had the oppertunity to install it on Saturday. The installation went fine, truck started right up & ran great. A noticable differance in the transmission shift points and power.

My only question is that every time I turn the truck off & start it back up it ask me to accept the agreement terms. It is counting down the number of warnings I have left. I press "enter" like it says & it goes to the display screen. The only thing that worries me is that after all the warnings are use up, will I still be able to use the programmer?

Yes you will. When I got my Edge (now converted to a Gryphon), it did the same thing. I have no idea why it has those warning screens except maybe to let you back out of using a programmer at all. Once you get through them all, you'll simply see the splash screen, followed by an immediate transition to your driving display.

Thanks Jack,

That makes me feel better.

Just one more question? What is the proper way to unplug the unit?
