Evolution problems

Hi all
I just installed a evolution in my 07 F150 5.4l and decided to run the transmission only tune for starters
But when it was almost done it came up with error "MISSING FILE RXDG5B5"
and now my truck will not start.
In the instruction book it says to select the "restore defaults" but i don't have that on my main menu
anybodies help would greatly appreciated

Well, I installed the new fusion software and updates on to my evolution and when i put it back in the truck it started fine.
Now that the sick feeling in my stomach is gone I'm pretty reluctant to try any of the programs. did anybody ever run into anything like this? On the day that I tried the trans only program it was -13 outside could the temp be a factor? Also I purchased this truck from a lease return so I don't really know its history.

I just installed mine yesterday and after getting everything set up the truck wouldn't crank over, I gave Bill a call, thought they would be closed, but he answered and told me what I was already thinking, my original equipment battery finally died! I put it on the charger for an hour and tried again, fired right up, truck runs alot better and more pep with the Evo than I had with my XCal-3! I'm a happy camper and Bill will be getting motre of my business!

Temp can definitely be a factor. If it's cold, keep the Edge inside the house until you're ready to reprogram the PCM and make sure your truck and the PCM itself are all warmed up to normal operating temperature too by driving the thing. The electronics in the Edge and in the PCM don't like the programming process when they're cold. You also need a good battery for this. If you have a charger, it wouldn't hurt to have the battery charger on your battery when you do the programming. Make sure your lights, AC fan and radio are off too. The Edge and the PCM don't like low voltage.
