The current Evo firmware has a known issue with displaying specific DTCs that have a hexadecimal character in it (A through F) so the P060 is an invalid DTC as it's missing a digit. This of course does not help diagnosis of an issue.

Could either you or your boyfriend give me a call again? I'll see if there's anything else we can do to get this new issue resolved. It sounds like the battery took care of the other issues but now you just aren't running right.

so then one does not know its its a p0060 (sixty) or a p060?(six hundred series code) with an evo.

One could be an o2 sensor/or wiring concern, and another would mean pcm concern (corrupt, etc) so a reprogam might fix it, or better yet a pmi.
