Hi im sorry to bother you but ive tried to call several times and no one picks up, i figured yall were pretty busy. i was looking on your website and had a few questions to ask before i purchased a gryphon tuner. thanks!

 

My advice: Keep trying! They've been having huge problems with their ISP lately and so many emils have not gotten through (but the sender has not gotten a "bounce" message either). They're hoping to get that resolved very soon, but still, this morning, they did not get an email from me.

About trying to get through on the phone, make sure you are calling during business hours (EDT), and if you are, then I have no explanation.

I sent them a FAX this morning after I realized my email was not received and about 5 minutes later Bill called me to say they got the FAX. Maybe, if all else fails, try FAXing them. I know they are trying to be available, but the cyberspace gremlins are not cooporating.

I'm so sorry that you haven't been able to get through! It's not unusual to have at least three calls being handled at once... Bill's cell phone, our business line, and someone waiting on Call Waiting. WHEW! We are considering putting in an additional line, but there are still only two people answering calls.

Feel free to give send me an e-mail with your number, and I'll be happy to give you a call! Our phones have been so busy lately!

Comcast rescheduled us for Thursday, so at least our ISP shouldn't be a problem after this weekend. We are losing a lot of e-mails, and as Jack pointed out: customers aren't even receiving a bounce back message. Thankfully, that'll be taken care of!
