Mike Troyer was the only one who posted on here for a lonnnnngggggg time.

Sorry bud things change and VMP is doing a fine job of tuning these trucks
Obviously you did not read my response correctly. I merely pointed out that you used the word "MANY" and gave no numbers. You also used "better driveability" and didn't explain how. You give out some general advise without backing it up. Now you say Troyer has customer service issues and did not give any info backing that up. Do you have any personal experience with Troyer or just going by what you read online?

Whenever I post about my tunes I ONLY relate my experience. I have no experience with VMP or PHP but I have read many good things. More choices for consumers are almost always is a good thing.

Sometimes people read things online and take it as gospel without getting the whole story. That is why I try to only report my OWN personal experience and not what someone else wrote on a forum. That being said, I have Troyer tunes and have had great customer service especially when I had a problem caused by an unknown dealer re-flash.

The best advise I can give is to do your own research and pick the best one for you. PHP, VMP, or Troyer for custom tuning would all be excellent choices but that is my opinion.

Seems to be a "What is the best tuner" thread about every 2 weeks. Do a search and read up on all the threads.

Understandable as things get said online and at times have little to no facts to back them. That said Yes I have purchased from Troyer Performance and Yes I did have a Customer Service issue.

I know Troyer has quite a few loyal, satisfied customers here. No doubt he puts together a great tune.

Sorry you had issues. That is why it is good to have choices.
