I just got a Edge tuner on my 08 FX4, and I wanted to know where I can get or find custom tunes.

The only other thing I have done to my truck is an exhaust system, Flowmasters 40 series. Would a custom tune even benefit me?

Yes custom tunes are definitely better. I ran the Edge canned tunes for about a year and a half and have run the custom tunes for 6 months. I have a K&N dropin and a Flowmaster 40. I kept the canned level 2 for towing and got an 87 Performance and a 93 Performance. You will have to send your unit in to be reskinned as a Gryphon and Bill can write tunes for what you want to accomplish. Give him a call and discuss it. Great service.

I second bluejays comments on Bill @ PHP's customer service. I can only comment on the canned tunes as I havent recieved my custom tunes yet. Hopefully Bill finishes them in the next week or so.

 

Bill at PHP is the only one who does the custom tunes for the Edge/Gryphon.

 

Yeah, I agree with everybody else. Call Bill and Corey at PHP. They will tell you exactly what you need to do. I've had my tunes for over a month now and I love em. You can't go wrong with them, and the customer service you get is GREAT!!!
