I've been running a K&N 77 series CAI for 2 years now with no issues. I love it!

Yes I can. Just like, I can feel the difference in my vehicle when my tires are not properly inflated.

Not only do I feel the minute difference, it also has a different sound that I noticed. I guess I'm very aware of my surroudings.

Different vehicles respond differently. The K&N FIPK in my truck makes a huge difference over stock, but I know guys that have put the same one in a similar year with a 351, and they couldn't tell at all. Then again, maybe it's the driver. lol.

AF1
S&B
Airraid
Roush
Banks

I know the K&N, AEM and AFE intakes are 50 state legal.

If they arent CARB certified, they arent 50 state legal either.

The sound makes you feel stronger but I agree with the entire post above.

My AF1 added much more than 5 HP and I can feel it as can my truck. Tires spin easily 2x as long before hooking now on blacktop

The added horsepower will make you a tad faster.

The added noise and extra vibration caused by the mod most likely gives you a false sense of extra speed though...

so i agree with both sides of this argument

Unless you add 5 mods with 5-10 hp or more each.... then you'll start to notice quite a bit. which is the whole point.
