It took them about 16 weeks i think for mine after telling me 8-10 weeks but it was well worth it until yesterday after towing i tried to set it back to 87 performance and the X3 wont load any tunes. Wont even let me return to stock. I hooked it up to my computer to put the tunes in fresh from what troyer sent me and its still doing the same thing. Now im somehow stuck on my 87 tow tune.
