best gas mileage

what chip would give the best gas mileage? 4x4, 5.4 ,crew lariat,

A programmer witha gas millage tune would work better...

And, I suspect any of the "big three" you see talked about in this forum would be about equal in terms of MPG gain. Next, you have to decide on the extra "features" you want, ease of use, etc.

I second this ... Granted, I never did run a gas mpg tune on my truck. I have on my new car and I was able to pick up a consistent 4 mpg gain.

Question

I've been trying all the tunes on my Edge evo with my 06 SCREW 4X4 5.4 and right now I have 340 kms on half a tank and it's still not exactly on half. I have never got this good of mileage before.
I am running level 1 on 87 octane with a K & N drop in and magnaflow, I know on level 1 your not to see any performance benefits but the numbers don't lie.
