I had a off idle hesitation that couldn't be fixed. Driveability was worse than stock, IMO. Shifts were funky on "stock" Edge settings. As well as a horrible drone from my air intake but I can't blame that on the Edge.
This gryphon unit with custom tunes ought to be much more successful, i look forward to seeing what people have to say.

Bill worked on the website this weekend, and it's been updated. As someone pointed out, it does say right on the top of the PRODUCTS page that "All Gryphon™ Programmers come included with custom tuned calibrations for most popular modifications. These include tuning for Cold Air Intake Kits, Exhaust Systems, Electric Fans, Power Pulleys, and other simple bolt-on items."
The vouchers (with unique ID #s) are coming in handy for any customer who doesn't have another programmer and doesn't know his/her HEX Code. After receiving the Gryphon™, he/she simply sends us the Custom Calibration Form with any mods and their voucher #, and Bill e-mails them their custom tunes when they're completed. This system has also worked for customers who want to play with the canned tunes that come standard with the programmer before they make any planned modifications. I spoke with a customer this morning who ordered a Gryphon™ with just that in mind.
There are many things that Bill does I don't feel comfortable posting about(because, quite frankly, I know just enough about them to wedge my foot firmly into my mouth) but I can answer lots of questions about the Gryphon™ and save Bill some time to work on something else.
At this point, it looks as if I may take some more time off from teaching and work full-time for PHP. There's certainly plenty of work for AT LEAST two people to do just in the day-to-day operations.
Thank you to those customers and friends who take the time to post about our customer service!
Everyone has time to complain, but many people rarely have time to make it known when someone is "doing the right thing." We really strive hard to talk with every customer one-on-one and treat everyone as we'd like to be treated (which is why we've opted not to offer a shopping cart on our website). Yes, my husband spends hours and hours on the phone each day (he was on the phone with someone at 12:45 this morning!), but it seems to be working. I plan to have pictures of Liam and Wil placed on his desk in our new office so that he can remember what they look like.
Thank you for all your support. I hope to meet many of you later this month at the Dyno Event in Kentucky! For those of you who've seen a particular video on our website, please know that Dyno Boy will be available for photo ops and autographs.
Blessings,
Corey
