Thanks for the info, well the constructive stuff at the start. i want the edge for the guages. I want my tranny temp while I am pulling my 7500lbs. Guess it will be a custom tune from Bill.

i think you should probably know that bill can no longer custom tune the edge. he is doig his own custom tunes now if you contact him i am sure he will give you all the details.

Thank You.... I guess your age matches your IQ.
As to the original poster.... I have had my Edge since they first hit the market. It is the most usable tuner on the market. I have had no problems in almost 50,000 miles. I run in tow mode all the time and the Edge performs as advertised. I wouldn't own an F-150 without it!

Get a custom tune if you want to use a CAI. Do some research here, there are a few good choices available. I used my Edge for the temp gauges only, coolant, oil, trans, heads. I just got a Scangauge II. Pretty slick and very compact little device. No more need for the pod mounted on dash. Now to find someone local to sell the Edge to.. $250.00 cash, pickup only.

You should call Bill and get the word straight from him instead about the custom tunes.

I know precisely since I spoke with him personally a few days or so ago as to how one can attain his cuatom tunes. You have to know the tricks.
