Do a search on "Edge settings". Should bring up a lot of info.

If you're not going to take your truck to the drag strip, be happy with the Edge the way you got it.

That said, if you're at high altitude, you can try advancing the spark in small increments (try +0.25 steps) and see if you get any "knock" or "funny idle". If so, just set it back.

If you run level 3 and use 93 octane gas ( You must have more money than me) , you could try advancing the spark up to +2 degrees I think.

There is a thread on this forum that has beaten this subject to death. It's called something like "Let's see your custom tunes". Go through it and you'll get some ideas.

The trick is, to make SMALL changes in different things, ONE AT A TIME (sorry for the "shouting") and check the results. If you don't like what you get, set it back!

i got the edge evolution the one without the dash pod

i really like it theres three settings transmission for frimmer shifts towing for more power and better shiftsits says best results with 89 octane and then preformance better shifts and more power but u use supreme u can diffently notice the difference but its not huge i got a 2003 supercrew 4.6 and when i cleaned my injectors punched out my second cats and with a helix throtle body spacer i got just at 21 mpg on the highway but thats usually 75 plus also all the levels take ur governer off sweet it used to take a litle to get to 99 but now it just zooms by and doesnt want to stop just make sure ur wheels are balanced good right now i just daily drive it in towing mode id probly get beter milage with muffs but these trucks are really loud with the small cats and true duels good luck

Just got my Edge

I just got the edge and it is totally awsome. It is like a totally different truck, Usually when you take off from a dead stop it has a sead spot and then picks up and takes off, with the edge the dead spot is gone.
any other information that i about increasing the performance would be appriecated.

Thanks Guys
