After 1 week with the Edge...

If your vibration is being caused by the Evolution, it's the first I've heard of it. I would look elsewhere.

are you running a cai aftermarket intake?if so try running with stock 1

The truck is completey stock no CAI or exhaust. I think I am going to take it to ford. The truck seems to do it a little when the pcm is programmed back to stock although not as much as when programmed with the edge
