My Evo shows from the Diagnostic Menu E3.22.28 just like you describe above. The 22 is firmware and 28 is calibration correct?

Where are you seeing these numbers from below? and how do you read them?

Silverfish,

You have the old hardware platform which uses the 2 digit version numbers. The newer platforms use the 4 digit version numbers.

E3.22.28 is the latest version for you and is comparable the the 3657/3889 version on the new platforms.

Take care.

Ok Bill,

I've updated my evo and its running great! Just one last question.
When i checked my tire size in custom options it was set at 2476mm in circumference. So i went to a few tire size places and for my 275/65R18 it says it is 2559mm. So i went back into custom options to change it and it read 2356 this time?
So i upped it to 2559mm like it says in the operating manual. Any thoughts on this weird changing setting.
PS. I will check it tonight when im going to work to see if it is still set to 2559.
Sorry to keep bugging you!

Thanks.

Brian.

When you change custom option settings during a programming session and then go back into another programming session to change settings, you must first scroll down to the bottom of the list (basically, scroll up once to loop around to the bottom) and select "Reload Previous Options". If you do not do this, it will always show the "default" values in the calibration.

Now, how you ended up with two different values? I don't have a good answer for that one. Let me know if it does continue to be a problem.
