Question Tuner driveability on wet or snow covered roads?

I'm getting ready to do some truck mods to my 06 F150 Crew 4x4 and one will be a tuner of some type. More then likely it will be a Troyer tune, not sure yet. My question is will the tune make the truck harder to drive on wet roads or when driving in snow ???

Thanks
