Any idea if you had a reflash between the time you ordered and now?

Best advice - call them now & leave a voicemail - with a callback number.

This has happened before - they know how to fix it.

Good luck.

Guessing you have a 2007 F150...

Check the device firmware: if 1.14 update it to 1.15 via sctflash.com

If that's what happened, then TP needs to re-do the tunes. I would suspect a priority would be applied.

And check as suzuki suggests -

EDIT - just saw your reply - that's odd - I would mention that to them as you need to be @ that revision.

Refer to the SCT website for both the firmware update file, the utility and the instructions on how to proceed. Recommend using a WinXP pc.

Please let us know how you made out.

Good call, Suzook!

Good luck.

thank all of you guys for helping me out, suzuki, you came through for me, iappreciate it. i updated my device and voila, shes alive, took it around the block and i can definately feel the firmer shifts. cant wait for the drive to work in the morning...kinda glad i have an hour drive each way now i have it on 87 performance for now, so hopefully its good enough to stay on and i dont have to go to 93 (that would kill my already small bank account) thanks again to everyone who helped me out. you guys rock!

Thanks for posting that resolution - good job, and good call !

When you get a chance feed this back to TP - it'll help.

Not really on topic, but the Xcal2 device I received last Friday included a neat little red cap that fits over the OBD II port and says "DO NOT REFLASH - CONSULT OWNER"..

If my dealer ever asks I'll say I got it for a dime at Pep Boys ('cause they sell cheap trinkets)... that I just want to be informed what they're changing before they do it..

Thats great, I was thinking of putting tape over mine but that works better.
