hey yall, does the edge tuner come in black so that it will match the interior in my harley davidson truck?

 

I'm pretty sure they are all black. Any other color is painted by the buyer.

 

oh i though they came in a more of a silver/grey color...

 

I think what shaun meant was that the pods are black. The tuner is silver/grey. However, it does paint very easily. A while back it was suggested that Edge do some units in black, but I guess there wasn't enough interest in it. Maybe if enough people ask, they'll look into it.

I know it's not black but, I masked off the programmer and used spray paint. I painted both the pod and programmer. It actually matches better than it looks in the picture.

 

Here is a pod for the EVO. It is 2 expensive for me.

I made a mount on the top windshield corner for my unit. I guess you can paint it and avoid the dash pod altogether.

i've got the same interior as you and i've looked for a match but never found any thing that i liked.

I dont know what the paint code is. I ordered the brown for the pod from the dealer. I told them what colors my dash was and that I wanted to match the brown and he ordered it for me. Their paint isn't cheap. The lighter color for the EDGE unit, I just pulled off a trim piece from the truck and went into the store and found the closest match I could and used it.

 

They did weird things to their website. It is almost impossible to navigate.

I like that mount. What did you make it with? I would like to do that.
