What if we had a section devoted to the order status here on the forum. It could be updated once daily by the Troyer people and everyone could see how much more time they have to wait?

Maybe this would cut down on the whinning and the nasty comments some people have left.

 

Not such a bad idea, but somehow I think they enough to do filling orders to keep 'em busy, let alone posting everyones order status on here..

They got my sheets on 8/20, on 10/8 I was told to expect receipt in 10 business days or less.. So no gripes here, though I don't have a heavily modded truck either.

on eother thing... why do people come on here to complain about the time troyer tunes take. the way i see it is that if you are on this site you know that there is almost no way you are going to get those tunes in 6 weeks.

i havent complained once, and i dont think tex has either. i think we have the same basic setup as most people, and it should be a simple tune. that being said if you arent willing to wait however long it takes then go to some place like VMP. just ask thump about them. otherwise just be patient and quit bi*ch'in.

I've said it before and I'll say it once again. If you want Troyer tunes, order them and forget about it for a while. In the mean time grab a couple from VMP. I can vouch for both these as I have both. VMP's came in like 2-3 weeks and Troyer's came in 8-9 for me. It's a little more than a tank of gas for a couple VMP tunes so I really can't see a little extra money being an issue. Then you can be sure you have tunes from two top tuners and decide for yourself which one you like.

 

As far as Nikki being too young at 24.......Tex? C'mon man......I mean c'mon I understand the "friends" thing though. Great isn't it.

Stoked. I thought I'd get a chance to pull the other night but my buddy already had all the fishing gear (and my god does that dude bring the house) in his truck so can't comment on towing yet, probably this coming week. The AF1/TP set up definitely met my expectations/hopes and probably even exceeded them in some aspects especially transmission behavior, part throttle response and mid range power. I bet you guys will really like your tunes.

 

i am very excited. me and a buddy were bs'in the other day and we lined up and he pulled on me in my 05, but then today we lined up again outside the office, and i smoked him in my 97. he has an 01 4.6.

i just want to be able to take him in both trucks.
