Where to even begin... (Thanks Troyer)

The only ''note worthy'' exhaust made for the 3v V10 is Banks monster exhaust. I would like to go with Magnaflow, but I guess it will be Banks. I am going to go ahead and do the headers too while I am at it.
I am pretty sure the gas guage will go from F to E before I can get to 60.

Hi 04 Red Lariat,
Glad to hear you are enjoying your mods, and the LiveWire turned out excellent - that 7.4 second 0-60 time in that incredibly heavy Super Duty truck is nothing short of excellent, as the stock times for it are well over 10 seconds, and usually closer to 11 for a King Ranch V-10 SuperDuty. I agree, I don't like power readings from tuning devices, but the acceleration times are pretty much on the money.
The exhaust choices are limited, and you know what we discussed there.
For others who just have to know it all (and don't we all, that's why we come here!!), no, he did not get onto the dyno, simply because there wasn't time - we barely got what we got done that day as it was, and it as a hectic day getting his e-fans, intake and tuning done in the time we had.
Once he gets his headers & exhaust done, we'll get him back up here on the dyno & see just what it really makes, and do the datalogging & any tuning changes if needed from those headers - and I think you will be surprised, as those SuperDuty automatics really chew some power thru the driveline, so those losses are significant - but it will certainly be a boatload over what those trucks make stock, to say nothing of the vast improvement in driveability, acceleration, transmission operation, etc., etc.
