JLT/Xcal 2
Not real sure, already had paramaters for my intake setup, but, I will find out. I'm not looking for max hp, just wanted it to get a lil more power for towing and better stoplight to stoplight performance. I will do some logging and see if I need to have new tunes made. I'm still learning the whole process, didn't like the other cold air intakes out there and found JLT's setup and knew I had to have a tuner to run this intake. The Xcal2 is what he and most others recommend so that's wat I did.
See this thread, it answers all your questions. The tunes from JLT don't need any adjustment, but you can lean out the A/F about a half point (4%) to eek out a little more power.

Thanks for the info, I leaned it out a bit and put 2* more timing and kept everything else the same and it's barking seconds! Did not do this before the a/f and timing change. Also this is on the 87 tune, have the 1-2 shift at 10% increase, mine shifted relatively hard to begin with also(had it checked out and dealer says all is good). I do like the sound of the intake too. I am impressed with "seat of the pants" feel

it's like having a whole new truck! Very impressed with the setup. Can't wait to go do some more driving!
