UPDATED JLT DYNO #'s...270HP, 327 FT/LBS

Refer to this thread for previous numbers...

https://www.f150online.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=252305

Since then I tweaked on the A/F with the X-Cal, added some timing and bingo, we hit the magic 270HP mark and gained tons of low end torque. Who say's Flowmasters cant make any TQ ? My only mods are JLT intake, JLT X-Cal2, and a Flowmaster SIDO Super 40. This is the 93 octane tune BTW. JLT is VERY conservative in the timing and A/F to be safe, so there is significant gains in tweaking the tune. We observed no audible detonation whatsoever, so I am confident this is very safe provided no less than 93 octane gas is used.

Those are great #'s.

I hope to get close when my AF1 and X-Cal arrive.

LOL, I didn't see you live in Shoreview! I live in Stillwater. Not exactly close but then again it's in the same state.

These mods look great and looks like you have the truck set up really nice.

I'd race for fun but I know I'd get killed. For one you've got me beat by roughly 20 rwhp (but should get cut down to 10 rwhp when I retune) and then my truck weights a heck of a lot more then yours.

Let me know if you're ever up by the Twin Cities, feel free to PM or email.

Duke, actually Shoreview is just 10 minutes north of both downtowns so I already am in the cities. Let me know when you retune and we'll line em up some day!!!

Yeah very familiar with the area, im right off of 35w, stillwater aint that far either. We may have to get together for a photo shoot some time, with my new lariat flares and hd grille, we all kinda have similar looking trucks

Wow, killer #'s man. We do make sure our tunes are good, but not too much on the edge.
I don't want to see threads of check engine lights and lean codes like I do with the AF1.
Funny how it get's the TP fans upset quick. Not sure why when you never even mention the words TP or AF1.
I guess the JLT just plain works b****r then the AF1 doesn't it?

Time and time again.
I don't see any AF1 dyno graphs either do I?

Thanks for the feedback.

Hey Jay... what part of DROP the TP vs. JLT statement do you not understand?

You've walked a VERY thin and VERY narrow line here on oodles of occasions while pushing YOUR products. I suggest that you DROP it RIGHT now.

I have NO problems with someone discussing their numbers but, I'll stop the whole TP vs. JLT vs. Jusnes vs. the world (my daddy is better than your daddy) topics/threads/conversations in a jiffy -- this hasn't been an issue in a while and WILL NOT become one now.

Again, drop it.

As always Jay, I am impressed with how your products perform. Just like on my Cobra when it was supercharged and squeezing a 200 shot, this F150 JLT intake is the s**t and delivers as advertised. Also, the truck runs perfect and I have not had one issue whatsoever.

For your reference, I leaned out the A/F 4%, added 4 degrees timing from 2000-4000 and 2 degrees from 4000 up. I was concerned it would detonate, but we could not hear anything on the pulls so I am quite confident its still safe. I wouldn't tow with it tuned so aggressive, but for driving around it's just fine. Have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving!

Hey Minnesota Guys,

Yeah I'm up for a get together some time if you'd like.

In not to long I'll be going to Hi Tech performance (currently in Anoka) but moving to Elk River this weekend to do another dyno run.

I'm all over the place in the Twin Cities and am driving through Arden Hills and Anoka on a weekly basis.

I'll actually be going through Arden Hills, Shoreview and then on to Anoka tomorrow afternoon.

Give me a honk if you see me, I'll keep an eye out for your trucks too. I actually have the stock tires back on now for the winter, so keep an eye out for this truck with stock Lariat tires on.

Hey f10076ford,

What did you do with your stock OEM 20s? Are you keeping them for the winter? If not and you're looking to get rid of them, let me know. You can drop me an email or PM me by clicking on my screen name.

Duke, very nice looking truck man. Bart, Brian, Casey, and Ron up at Hi-Tech are all friends of mine. Although I dyno'd at DB Performance since thats where my car is right now. Let me know when you get that thing re-tuned and we'll line em up. Ive never raced anyone in my truck before lol.
