Angry No Index File

I ordered an Xcal2 a couple of days ago. I the tunes loaded and tried to load them to my truck and got the FEPS FAILURE message. So after charging my battery and checking pin 13 voltage still same message. I eventually got another XCal2 overnighted to me. Now when I try to load my tunes I get an error message on live load saying... Error-file serial number is not correct aborting. This is frustrating because I've been waiting over 6 weeks to use my XCal2 plus I paid for overnight shipping on the new XCal2 and can't even use it. The serial# on the new unit is A061906100003369 if this is needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You may want to go to the SCT forums and do a search or post you're question there. You may get an answer faster that way. They have SCT people posting on the site all the time. Good luck!!

What you need to do is call the dealer you bought it from and let them take care of the problem you are having.... Posting here is not going to gain you anything....The serial number you posted is exactly that, just the serial number of the device which can be used for tracking purposes by authorized vendors....call your dealer....
