Official TP Dyno Day 11.11.06 - Dyno Number Results Thread

Hey Fellas,

So I'm guessing everyone had an awesome time by reading the TP Dyno Day planning thread and it sounds like everyone worked really hard.

Well I wanted to start a thread for everyone to post their dyno number results so those of us who couldn't make it, can get an idea of what went on.

Post the relevant information about your truck (ie. truck specs, mods, etc) and then what you truck made HP and Torque wise. Feel free to post your graphs, but a quick post of your results is appreciated.

PS. I'll be heading to Hi Tech Motorsports in Anoka MN to dyno on their Mustang Chassis dyno this week. So if anyone in the area wants to meet up or has and dyno FYIs then let me know. I'm thinking about going Friday afternoon, as they're closed on the weekends. It's $75 for 2 pulls.

Thanks again,

Duke

Yeah I'm going to a dyno today and I'll post the results when I get them.

My best Dyno run was 246 RWHP and 287 RWTQ on 93 MAX performance tune. Mike redid all of my tunes so I am sure I have picked up a little more since then due to adaptive learning. Truck runs much better and is much more responsive at part throttle as Mike said it would be. Also gas mileage seems to have improved somewhat (still evaluating that). I was a little disapointed that it did not make more especially the torque but it is a 4X4 so drivetrain loss is more of a factor. Overall very pleased...

Duke,

Performance mods are an Airaid intake and Magnaflow SIDO. Saving money for a supercharger!

I'm interested in seeing this thread continue since the information gleamed from Mike regarding stock tune then w canned tuner vs XCAL is very important to me in making a decision. I've used the search feature extensivly and have not come up with the results of the Dyno Marathon associated with Mikes invite from a couple months back. I may be blind, but it's certainly not a glaring post as one would think it would be with such hard data.
Thanks

HI!... Well I wasn't at MIKE's DYNO DAY but my truck put down 354RWH.P and 392RWTQ on SUNOCO 94 octane, 8.42:1 compression and no tune. This is with a N/A, built 5.4.

Just got off the mustang dyno today. Put down a 3rd gear run (the best) of 239 rwhp and 300ftlb torque. Running x-cal2 on 93 prefromance tune. See below for my mods. Any in-put?

Right on bro!! You happen to know any additional data from the day such as temp, humidity, altitude?
Love to see some other real numbers from members with Edge and SuperChip from Dyno day. Don't get me wrong, I do find a few, but not finding the data from the invite.
In that invite Mike was asking for candidates with close to stock trucks where he would make a pull stock, slam a superchip on (canned) then make another pull and finally end with his super whammy XCAL. Still have not found that comparison. If it is out there its buried...
Not trying to be "Spoon Fed" just trying to find the rest of the story.
