I am disappointed about the MPG but I never had high hopes. That's why cheap people buy that foreign crap!!!!! Really men drive gas hogs. Probably to go with our drinking habits but oh well.

I am going to get a picture soon for this website showing my truck pulling a piece of my logging equipment. Maybe I can make you proud. I have owned a dodge, gmc, and now I have a Ford. I must say I am impressed.
The only way I coax 18mpg out of my truck is to go slow.(55mph) I used to get 13-14mpg too.

I wish. We'd probably quit growing irrigated cotton @ $0.50 a pound! And peanuts @ $355 a ton! But the price of corn isn't much better......

Try living in Houston in the ship channel and pay higher gas prices. We have all the refiniers here but who cares, we pay more.

Ethanol 85 will help that corn go sky high. Just wait.

I doubt the price will go up at all. It may go up on the consumer side, but for the farmer, they'll find out some way to beat them down. ADM will get ahold of it and label all "E85" corn as "not fit for human consumption" and give the farmer about 1/2 of the normal price. Then they'll sell it to the distilleries for the regular price.

They do the same thing on peanuts and wheat. If we have a bad load (because of sprouts etc..) they'll give us a fraction of what "good" peanuts/wheat would bring,(dogfood price) and then blend the "bad" ones with their good peanuts, and sell them at the normal rate.

Think about this, A glass of tea is 1.79, a cold long neck is 3.25, and a gallon of gas is 3.20.

The sad part, is that gas blows itself out of the ground in places. And they charge you a fortune for it. A tanker semi can carry 4,000 gallons of gasoline. That equates to $12,000 worth of fuel! How crazy is that?

Best valued strobes and leds i have found are at www.sirennet.com (thats where i get all my fire/rescue lights), and www.lshlights.net, they are a lot cheaper and have the same brands, not to say Galls is bad its just a little exspensive.

I'll agree with that, unless you go with the "galls-no-name" stuff. It's a lot cheaper than Warn, Federal, etc...... And just as good IMO.(for the average firefighter) Most of it comes with a 15 year warranty too.

I have 4 Star Mini phantoms a Leed dual led and a Sho-Me low profile mini led lightbar and they all wor perfectly fine and they look just as good as anything that costs twice there amout. Also as soon as the heat wave up here is over im putting in 4 Tir3's and then strobes in the head lights and tail lights again.

Too bad everyone in the state of NJ doesnt know how to pull to side to let you go by when all your lights are on.

My mileage experience with the XCal2 is that there is essentially no difference. This after numerous tanks to avoid one-off errors. Better electronic throttle response and better shifting are the best benefits. there is a a noticeable gain in power. So I'm happy just to break even given the other benefits. I'm getting 17 or so at 70 mph on highway. 5.4 4x4 3.55s
