Another vote for the Edge here also. And another vote for Discountpowerparts.com. Awesome product and awesome customer service! I love my Edge and have had absolutely no problems!

HyperTech

I have A '05 Supercab 5.4 Lariat. I have installed a Hypertech Programmer and believe me, it made a big difference. Ford claims that the electronic throttle body has a quicker response. But the only way you notice it is when you install the Hypertech. This engine has a lot of power but the way Ford programmed it you hardly could notice it. This chip gave it more power all around in the RPM's specially in the mid-range where it really needs it. I have programmed it to burn on 93 octane. Which I pump 91, it still runs great but sometimes i add octane boosters and it really performs at it's highest.

I would have to disagree with the hypertech 41043 making a huge differnce. Yes there is a difference, but compared to an Xcal II, the Xcal wins hands down. I sold my hypertech 1 month after I bought it brand new. Waste of time and money. just my opinion.
