About a month ago i spoke with Marc about his bedrug and I told him I wanted it but wanted to see pics first he came through on the pics he also gave me his address because he doesnt have paypal. I sent him a money order time went on and he didnt receive it so he reposted the bedrug for sell and said this time he would not ship this time. I was like WTF so i thought the letter got lost in the mail. ( I work at the post office and i know how mail gets lost from time to time) but i ended up receiving the letter back. So a couple weeks went by and he reposted it for sale and i told him I would give him $150 shipped and he said ok so the next day I got him his money order in the mail via certified mail so i could make sure he received the letter. He never bothered to call or send me a pm on here about receiving it. He posted this morning I received the money orders, one for $100 and one for $50 certified mail yesterday March 30. The Bedrug is boxed and ready to be shipped.
There is a problem. You endorsed the $100 money order as if you had intended to cash it after purchasing it and now , YOU are the only one that can actually cash it.
Therefore I am sending them both back to you today ( March 31) and do not want to do any further interaction with you either now, or in the future.

So i ended up calling HIM because he wasnt man enough to call me i told him that you endorse the back of it well through further investigation i found out he was right about the endorsement but here is what happened like I said earlier i work at the post office as a letter carrier i dont have time to go up front in the morning to ship packages or get money orders well my friend works at the post office as a clerk so she has time to ship packages etc for me i gave her my debit card and a addressed envolope and told my friend to get a $150 money order and asked her to send it certified well she went back to work and she got a minute so she went up front and got the money order for me she came back and gave it to me well she made a mistake and only got a money order for $100 and i told her i needed one for $150 she told me to sign the $100 and she would cash it and get one for $150 well the day went on she ended up forgeting about cashing and she just got another money order for $50 to equal the $150 and she sent it off in the mail well he got them yesterday like i posted before i was like i dont understand what your talking about until i called him and then i called my friend and asked her what happened and she was OMG i made a mistake well he wouldnt work with me and let me make it right i even told him i would send another $25 for his time and trouble this guy has the worst attitude very rude everyone take a note to yourself

What made me so mad was he received the Money orders on the 30th was it so hard to call or email and explain say hey bud somethings wrong is wrong here what can we do to fix this! But no just wait till the next day without even saying a word to me and oh they are back for sale and basically !

 

this is why i like using paypal. there isnt the lag time with money orders.

It is easy for someone who does not care and is unprofessional.

i did a 400 dollar transaction with someone here that i only had email contact with really and all went just fine and that money is now sitting in my account with no problems. even gotten 2 ebay disputes refunded

Marc did nothing wrong. You or your co-worker basically only sent him 50 bucks for something he agreed to 150 on. You should be posting jeers for your co=worker that screwed this up for you not Marc. Had Marc received 150 he would have sent you the rug.

 

I don't fault Marc for his ultimate decision but receipt of the money orders (even though one was screwed up) indicates that the buyer was legitimate. I would have told bankrupt he had four days to get a replacement money order to me or I was moving on.

 

Well guys its all said and done with I just know who not to buy from. I even offered to send another $25 and would have sent the new money order and the extra $25 EXPRESS and he would have had the money in his hands by noon today 4-01-10.

 

Your money orders were sent back to you yesterday via return receipt certified mail which will give me proof that you received them.
You can spend all your time here trying to convince everyone that you were the good guy, and I was the culprit. What you do with your time is up to you, however I must wonder why you have time to spend here trying to right a wrong you were responsible for, but do not have time to purchase your own money orders, which according to you resulted in this issue.
I simply choose not to do business with you Jonathan. Your $25 was not worth the month long saga you initiated.
Now please, move on with your life as I will with mine.
