I paid you what you asked for, got second rate, aftermarket headrest replacements and even paid shipping to and from you, with no refund on anything. I have the emails, messages and all the FedEX receipts. They tell the truth. I'll be more than happy to post them. The bottom line is that you and your wife make customers pay for your mistakes.
