Several years ago my wife had a 1989 Sable with light gray interior. The carpet had a stain on it from the factory that nothing would remove. One day I found a product called UN DO in a local grocery store, and used it on the stain. It came out immediately, with no scrubbing. It was also very inexpensive. I've kept a bottle ever since. BTW, I also used it to clean up the Crock Pot full of Barbecue Sausage Links my wife overturned in the same car. But that's another story.
