Here it is all chromed up

Here it is with all the paint on. It look hand painted still so I'm gonna try to mess around with it tomorrow to get it looking better. I think I might tape off the blue oval and the 4.6L part and paint the plastic black part a Flat Black. Might make it look betta.

Not yet back in the engine though so no pics.

Also acetoned my badges. I'll have a thread up in a minute.

That looks nice. In fact, I tried it myself. This is my first time to paint anything. Tell me what you think. Besides the fact that my engine is dirty

i did mine today, all the letters are red. just chromed backed the triton part. tip on the ford part:do the ring and letters first but light then heavy fill the lower section with blue, dry(a hair dryer speeds things up),then go back over the ring and letters for a final time. makes the cutting in a lot easier...thanks for the idea, looks good

Looks good Intel, Looks almost identical to mine all the way down to the red 5.4, and black Triton, and the chrome bumper paint from Pepboys!!! LoL Only difference is the 5.4's don't have the ford emblem.

Anyway, here's before.

All covered with plastic bags and masking tape
