Angry Pickup keyed

Well what a sunday I had. For some reason I was letting the GF drive my pickup, walked around the passenger side, and what the hell do i see?? A four foot key mark, starting at the front top corner of the bed, going down towards the fender, and then back up to the bed rail. It's pretty much to the metal the whole way. I'm not sure why this happened to me, since i was parked about 50 feet from the alley, behind her parents business, but.. of F@$king well, nothing 500 bucks won't fix i guess! Not sure why i'm even bitchin about this on here, but i still need a place to vent. Going to get it fixed ASAP though.

Damn I am sorry to hear that. I came out one day and noticed that the top of my pass. side fender had been dented in. Havent bothered to get it fixed yet because it isnt too noticable but it still really pissed me off. Getting my truck keyed has been my biggest fear, seems to be popular around here instead of breakin in. We have that or, ever few weeks a pack of kids runs around and breaks every car window they can find on a block. That would really **** me off too. At least you can fix it easily, with the exception of the $$$.

Unhappy

I'm sorry to hear that too.
Look at the bright side, at least you have a GF.

galaxie64, when I was a kid my mother drove a black 64 four door sedan and my dad had a blue 64 convertible. At the time, I thought they were uncool but, I'd love to have them today!
What does a 10 year old know.

that sucks man. what is with people. I was driving down the street the other day and someone from a window somewhere threw a couple of apples at my truck. luckily one hit the bottom of the drivers door, more on the cab step, and the other hit the corner of the bed near the rear window. no damage but really pissed me off. hope things work out with your truck!

Hopefully you broke those three fingers on the jaw of the guy who threw the brick... Wouldn't you love to catch some punk starting to key your truck? I promise, they'd never key anything again

I would even come to the aid of a ch*#y if it was being abused by a key. I always park my 64 way the hell at the other end of the parking lot to stay the heck away from everyone. someone is always screwing with a vehicle it seems. Man if I ever caught someone it would be ugly to say the least.

Man I'm not sure how much you can get away with on a forumn like this but that is such a chiken $h!t thing to do. I hope there is a special place in hell for people who do things like that. Anyone who has had this happen to them feels for you I'm sure.

That sucks !! People suck !! Men should teach their boys to keep their mitts off of other people's "STUFF" (this includes vehicles and chicks) or prepare to be beat on.

BLUE_FARMER:

I know just how you feel. About a month ago my daughter and I went to Wal-Mart and as I always do I park way way out, nobody around. There was at least 100 feet of space before any other car.

I was in the store for about 20mins come out and some sh** head keyed the whole back of my truck. Started on the rear of the right rear corner panel, all the way through the tail gate to the left side rear corner panel. Now that wasnt enough on the tail gate they had to go through the FORD emblem, and key the taillights. All to the metal.

Talked about pissed, it takes ALOT to **** me off, but man was I pissed so much so if I would have had a shotgun with me and seen it happening I would be in prison at this moment. If I knew who had done it I'd love to find there car smash the windows in and then set it on fire leaving a note nearby saying "Next time I wont be so nice"

Now I am not a mean person but why someone has to screw with anyones car or truck is beyond me. My daughter was probabely right, I couldnt figure why someone would come way out to where my truck was parked except she said maybe they were just jelious about it being a nice truck.

My dad taught me to respect other peoples trucks, cars etc. If someone pissed me off (except keying or screwing with my truck) the last thing I would do is screw with there car or truck, Id shot there dog first (LOL) anyway sorry for this being so long, it is a good place to vent, but I do know how you feel. It cost me $150.00 to repair, deduct plus rental. Total cost was approx. $800.00

You know if someone wanted to make some money they would invent something like a stun gun built into the truck, so if someone keyed it got to the metal it would knock them out with like 10,000 volts, you know so they were still laying on the ground when you came back like 20mins later, so just as they were getting up you could kick them back down and then comence to kick there ***......

I feel your pain. Every time I get too riled up after this kind of stuff happens to me, I stop and count my blessings and that usually helps.

I mean, I could be drivin' a CH**Y!!!!

PEACE

These idiots are nothing but the lowest life forms on the planet. They are simply jealous of other individuals who take the time and care to make their vehicles appear the best that they can.

I personally saw way back in my high school days, an aquaintance of one of my friends purposedly dent in the side of the vehicle next to him, with his van bumper!!....... I was shocked and nearly got into a fist fight with him about this. It was nothing but pure jealousy that the other vehicle was nicer and cleaner than his vehicle. Soon after this incident, I no longer associated with him.......Anyway, if someone messes with my recently purchased 1997 f-150 4x4 ext. cab.......God help him !!!!!!

Oh man, if I ever caught someone in the act...

lets just say that they would be needing the touch-up paint. As I have said before, you you really think a cop will take their side if you beat the snot out of them for causing $500 in damage through vandalism? I think not, cops have nice trucks and cars too.

These are the same ****** that have the gall to steal your truck for a joyride or break into your house for a TV because they are too lazy or too stupid to hold down a job.
