303 Aerospace Protectant
Hi all!
I did a search regarding this product...saw that a bunch have tried it on their faded black plastic trim. Just wondering if there are any long term users out there and what their results are?
I found a bottle of this stuff in my girlfriends laundry room...she uses it on the spa cover (its only a year or so old and still looks good). I tried a little on my 05 bed rails and the immediate result was encouraging. Just wondering long term. I only did a little section (they look so bad it couldn't hurt). My bed rails have what appears to be tiger stripes through them. It didn't remove the stripes, but did turn the rails a deep black that I haven't seen in several years (oh yeah, this weekend celebrates 11 years of ownership). I have tried Back to black a few times...eh? It worked real well on my 97 4runner many moons ago (no longer own it).
Thanks for any input!

The 303 Aerospace is a good protectant like Armorall and some of the others but much better - not as greasy and has UV protectant. On faded plastic will look good for a short time but not a long term fix. On my old Jeep I have tried just about everything they sell over the counter, even tried the heat gun trick all with no avail.
I would try something like GLC recommended.
