Truck looks like it hasnt been washed in a month, With all the damn green pollen plus the cliche dust and then the rain on top of that. Atleast i can do a quick rinse and have it back to looking good in no time.

Your truck looks great. I'm coming to texas for vacation in june and my truck could use a good detail like that, maybe i will just leave it with you for a day.

That will have to wait until the next wash, It looks horrible already. Have some very minor swirl's when the light hits it just right. That was due to me being lazy when i was driving it alot and took it through the car wash 2 times in a row. The 2nd time i took it to the carwash it ended up pushing a blazer most of the way through the wash and sustained minor damage to the license plate and the bumper pads. Since then its back to hand wash.

I have my porter cable 7424 with megs 105 and 205 when i decide to get it perfect again. Its just not on the top of the list right now

Damn that thing is sexy. Makes me miss my tuxedo black... I don't think I've ever seen your color in person.

Very nice!
Love that color when it turns rootbeer in the sun.

I'm going to wash and try and get some MEG's cleaner wax on my new used truck before the next T-storm.
Keeping a vehicle clean where I live is either a daily chore or a every 6 mo ordeal.
I just hope to get enough wax on so I can hose off some of the dust-mud we get.
Not your Texas dust, but maybe worse....LOL!
I'm lucky mine is AZ Bronze, which looks like my ranch road the first trip to town.

Just finished up the truck again. This Blackfire sealant is still doing great , Paint is as smooth as butter and it still beads water like no other. Put a coat of wax on it today, i dont think it needed it but doesn't hurt either.

I have to second your choice of Blackfire Wet Diamond; it's the best! I usually top it with Wet Glaze 2.0. I have to recommend Megs #101 over #105 as a compound; so much easier to use and it works FAST! Megs #205 is my polish of choice.

Ever thought about color sanding to get rid of the orange peel? Looks good though. I'm currently waiting for the new Rupes mark 2 to get delivered to me. It's 4-6 weeks back ordered right now.
