Not trying to be rude or anything but I'm on my phone and will be all week and can't read all of that. Basically do you have an idea of what might take these stains and all out?

I'm not trying to be rude either, but if you don't have the time or ability to do some reading and learning about detailing, you may want to take the truck to a professional detailer to get it fixed. Without knowing what you are doing, you may do yourself more harm than good just trying various things to get that crap off.

If you could post some pics, maybe some of the pro detailers here could give you some suggestions.

I actually wouldn't use clay without getting an opinion from someone who can look at what the problem is. A clay bar is for lifting contaminants out of the paint, I don't think it's the right product for removing scum.

Perhaps something like this would be more suitable:

Again, professional advice highly recommended.

Try some dishwashing detergent on a small area. If it works, though, you'll have to rewax the whole truck.

I would try a APC like Pinnacle Signature All Purpose Cleaner that might remove the streaks.
