Wax Oops

I got a little careless in applying wax and it slopped over on the rubber door seals. What's the best way to removed this?

Thanks!

You can go with APC diluted to the ratio for cleaning trim with a stiff brush ( I use the XOX "large tooth brush" looking brush ).

The item I start with is the white pencil eraser ( stadler I think is the brand OfficeMax and similar have ).

There are a few items made for it like Duragloss wax eraser, these work well but can spot the trim causing a double back to redress the trim ( and it might take a few times ).

Best to start with the eraser and then move to APC and a brush to see what you come up with before going with a Wax eraser item.
Elbow grease is going to be required.

Just plan on needing to wash the area when you are done, and rewaxing. This time use some blue painters tape on the trim so you don't coat it again.

haha no jk he has got it right on I used a diluted APC solution and a toothbrush to get it off. Just like mentioned taping off next time will do the trick or buy a wax that does not stain the trim

If you got wax residue on the door seals, you are applying it too thick.
