Ink on Leather Seats??

Any ideas, tips, tricks, or gimmicks to get blue ball point pen ink off of leather seats? I've tried leather cleaners and 70% ISP with no satisfactory results. I'm at a loss. What else can I Safely try; the ink is in a very visible spot so I don't want to risk color or other damage to the material.

If IPA doesn't remove it, you should take it to a pro. Hairspray allegedly works, but that may damage the leather.

I used acetone on a rag on my wife's Toyota to get of some ink when the grandkids got some ink on the seats. It worked fine on grey leather - did not discolor at all but I did test in a not too well spot first. After cleaning with the acetone I then used some normal cleaner and conditioner on the entire seat and 5 years later it still looks just fine.

You can't link a search like that, all anyone else gets when clicking on it is "no matches".

Try ''SALTS OF LEMON'' It's an ink remover for cotton clothing. You buy it at your local pharmacy. If just the lemon salt doesnt work try mixng it with peroxide. try it on a spot that is less visible first to see how it reacts with the leather.
Good luck.
