I stand in the box and scrub it with a long handled brush. Grab the hose rinse it off and wash your was out of the box (muddy shoes) I do it first then I wash the rest of the truck

I use a step ladder - do one side and then the other.

I get in the bed to clean the back half, then a step ladder to clean the front.

I open the door and use the step bar. But I am tall with long arms (6'9"), so I can see how some may not have the reach that I have.

I stand on my side rails and use a sponge. It helps that I'm 6'6.

I use a long handled extendable car wash brush from either side of the truck.

Looks like you have it easy haha. How tall are you? My 2008 is stock height. I'm 5'9" and my chin is level with the top of the tailgate. Gotta climb in the bed to wash / wax the roof.
