pait swirl help
Wash with two bucket method, clay, and then from there you need to read the detailing sticky. You need to correct the paint and then wax it. Ideally you need a Dual Action Polisher. I would recommend it, one of the best things I ever got

Take that guy up on his offer ^, your truck needs a full paint correction, meg's 105/205 applied by a DA polisher. No amount of rub by hand stuff will save it now. Looks like you washed it with a sandpaper wash mit. Kidding, but not by a lot!
Yikes!
No joke! My guess is that it's always gone through the automatic car washes.
He'll need a lot more than that to fix that truck up! From the looks of it he'll need a full paint correcting detail, including scratch/swirl removing and subsequent polishing and waxing.
If you can get it to Gipraw you'd be one of the luckiest kids here.
