Great results with Megs Mag & Aluminum polish!

Gave my truck a quick wash today and some UQD, then polished my wheels etc...my wheels are uncoated aluminum and i left them on throughout the winter here in Jersey and we got hit with a few good snow storms and lots of salt and everything. my hard work throughout the winter freezing my a** off keeping the salt off of them has paid off hahaha. after using the mag and aluminum polish on them today they really did shine up great! just thought id share my results with everyone, especially to those with aluminum wheels.

As long as they are UNCOATED, it should be as good as anything to use.

I haven't spent a lot of time polishing aluminum on vehicles, but I've spent 100's of hours polishing my bikes and sleds. The meg's stuff works well on stuff that has already been polished, but if your ever starting out with raw or billet aluminum I highly recommend Mother's Mag and Aluminum polish in the white container with the red label. Fantastic stuff, even better than their "billet" polish which is three times more expensive.

These aren't great shots, but you can at least see the improvement over what raw aluminum looks like. The frame on the bike used to look like the cases on the motor.

I've had good luck with the Power ball from Mothers plus the polish that goes with it. Did my Weld Pro stars on my old car yesterday, back to chrome looking. Looks good though OP, nice job specially considering winter useage.

I have used that stuff 3 times the first time was awsome. Since then I have had bad luck with it. I use everything MEGS, but I guess I left it on to long today cause it was a bi@#h to get off. But the end result is awsome. Good lookin truck boss.

A jewelers wheel on a cordless drill works really well too, then you can just wipe with a clean terry cloth. Keeps your fingers from turning black and cramping up!
