Buying a DA/PC in Canada??
Does anyone know a place that carries or I can order from for a DA? What should I expect price wise?
I am willing to invest in a PC or if I can find a Meg's G110 (I think that's what it is).
I have a Makita Rotary and a small (4") cordless DA that is really only good for LSP application.
I would like a DA for the purpose of intermediate correction, for use with Swirl remover 2.0, SwirX, etc. after using my rotary. I just don't think I have the skill needed to use a rotary for it without causing holograms or swirls.
Thanks for any help.

This is what I was looking at:

You might need to copy it into your browser if I didn't do it right.

Thank for the input, I went with the following kit from autogeek.
http://www.autogeek.net/porter-cable-7424-kit.html
The price is a little high compared to eshine.ca, but I liked the idea of a complete stater kit.
Does anyone know if I'm going to have to purchase a different counterweight to use the 3.5" dual action backing plate?
Hopefully it won't take too long to get here.

I bought my 7424XP from eshine about 3 weeks ago. Ordered it on Wednesday, got everything Thursday. The exchange is so good right now I considered ordering it from the US but didn't want to wait, or get a surprise on the brokerage fees since I was order quite a bit of product, towels, etc. as well. Anyways, Chris was very helpful and I like supporting a local.
I'd be interested to know whether a differenct CW is required for the 3.5" backing plate as well. I have looked but haven't found one. I assume without it will just mean more vibration.

I liked getting all of the orange lake country pads, as that will be it's main purpose is to use products like M205 of M80. I'm ordering a bottle of M205 and a pad cleaning tool, the nylon brush I'm using doesn't seem to cut it.
I'll post brokerage fees so anyone else will know what to expect. I think it would get here by mid-late next week

Just as an update my kit arrived today
The shipping was free and I paid $38.44 for Brokerage and customs fees.
I think overall with the Loonie being strong it was a pretty good buy.
I hope this is useful to anyone else looking at purchasing through auto geek.
They were a great company do deal with and I would recommend them to anyone.
