No Idea if anyone else has tried this... but i went to the Dollar store and got some Oxy Clean spray... because my headliner was all pen'd up and dirty.. sprayed it on... scrubbed it a little bit with a soft bristle tooth brush... came Right out... only thing i noticed which will more then likely happen with any other solution... is the headliner had some of the fuzz bunching up and coming off... no big deal tho. just grabbed a (dont remember what theyre called) but the machine used to de fluff sweaters and stuff...worked amazingly.. looks like new, cant imagine it being too difficult to do on a console... did my fathers with oxy clean and it cleaned it up other then one spot where theres a deep set greese or oil stain.. dont know if anything will take that out

Dunno if it will help ya but goodluck

Oxy Clean is actually good stuff. It's no miracle chemical, but it does clean well.

Acetone or finger nail polish remover. Used it just last week for ink.
