Almost forgot...

Washed with DoDo Juice Born to be mild.
Then I used M105/orange LCC 5.5" pad,
followed by Poli-Seal/white LCC 4" pad,
followed by Opti-Seal,
followed by Meguiars Deep Crystal Step 3,
followed by DoDo Juice Blue Velvet.

That looks so much better. I was wondering when we were going to get to see some after pictures.

Thanks to all!

Before this site I used to think my truck looked good and I took very good care of it. Then I came here and found out how terrible or weak my techniques and products were. I still have a ways to go but as you can see im well down the road.

After a proper detail I can wash my truck in half the time and it looks 3X better and stays clean looking 5X as long.

Thanks to all those that gave input, knowledge and encouragement.

Awesome. Feels good to do a correct wax job for the first time. You're history is the same as mine. I really thought my paint was in great shape until I was informed on what to look for.

Same steps I used on the paint with 1 less wax step and smaller buffing pads.
Washed with DoDo Juice Born to be mild.
Then I used M105/white LCC 4" pad,
followed by Poli-Seal/white LCC 4" pad,
followed by Opti-Seal,
followed by Meguiars Deep Crystal Step 3
