Cleaning 06 Lariat leather?

ok i have this build up of dirt i can not get off my seat. also i am noticing my leather is starting to get lose. can any one provide info on how to clean and prevent it from getting more loose?

i've always used baby wipes on leather seats. Good enough for a baby's skin good enuff for a leather seat. does work.

what brand of baby wipes, this is not the first time i have been told to use that
