Concerns with Eshine order

I ordered from these guys a month or so ago when RP said they had the rare #16 and all went well.

I ordered from them again last week and my order comes in with 2 missing items that are on the packing slip and I paid for. I emailed them and did get a responce that it was missed and would get out to me ASAP. It has been almost a week now and no product and they dont return emails. This is too bad because I thought we finally found a good Canadian company to finally order from locally but this will be the last order for me with them.

If I dont get an answer by end of day today I will be filing a Paypal complaint.

Just and FYI before giving them your money !

I think that it takes a while to get while to get things sent out. When I placed my first order for #16 it took almost 14 days for me to get it. I am sure thats all it is and I am sure they have seen a spike in sales due to everyone here placing orders.

I know Chris and he wouldn't rip off anyone. He's owns a solid business. I'll make him aware of this thread.

Cheers.

You missed allot of detail in the post, I am in Canada also about 4 hours from them so customs is not an issue, the issue is not answering emails and providing tracking information like you said you would.

Robert, I was away from Thursday on attending the Arm Drop event at Toronto Motorsports Park. I don't get out often but I wanted to see that event badly! I just got back to emails now and did receive your emails. I did reply to the first email the first day. I have to check with Erin when she gets in because the missing cans should have been sent. If not...I will next day them to you and add a free thrid can.

It doesn't take a while for them to get sent out, I assure you if you post your order number it was likely sent out within 2 business days. International orders take a while, Canadians have the same problem when ordering stateside.

This is true I wanst all that impressed with tracking info they supplied when I ordered from them. I saw that you were in Canada after I posted and fixed it and was kinda hoping that you didnt see that. I know what you mean about not returnin e-mails there is nothing that irks me more than that. I would call them and keep calling them until you get the anwers you want.

During business hours we answer emails within hours. It is not unusual to have an email answered within minutes, go ahead test us. LOL Send an email anytime!

I can't claim all of the credit for the find... While I knew about it because another member here had tipped his cards and told me about eshine, RR was the one that posted it 'publically' here on the forums.

Sounds like they're taking good care of you... always interesting to see a company show up in the forums and go to bat for a customer. Nice work, eshine!

I have only placed two orders with eShine, both within the last month. Both showed up quickly and 100% complete with no problems at all. As the OP said I'm happy I found a good Canadian retailer for this stuff because customs is a pain in the ***. I will be placing many more orders with this company, including my DA when I eventually get it!
