probaly causes more swirls if anything and is more likely to burn through your paint

I think it'd be similar to a wool pad...

He is possibly THE MOST excited salesman I have ever seen...haha. On subject, I thought about getting one of these to get in hard to reach places on some rims, If this is not very useful, what is a good thing to use in real hard to reach places?

They make a smaller power-ball for rims, the metal polish that comes with it is garbage though.

A co-worker of mine had been talking about the powerball for a few weeks to use on his brandy new black Taco, asking my opinion and everyone elses. I told him (as did a few others) that I thought the whole 'putting it on a drill' thing didn't seem right... but he went and bought one at Wallyworld anyways.

Outcome:
- more swirls than you can shake a stick at
- 1 burn spot on the hood
- 2 burns on the roof
- 1 scratch on pass. rear panel when it "slipped"

Needless to say... he's not pleased and is asking if I can help seeing as he heard about all the detailing products I purchased the other day...

Buy a DA or do it by hand.
