DF Towels

Alrite, this is going to be a rant. So Feb 21, I ordered about $50 worth of df towels from the df site. i hadnt received anything as of the following friday, so i sent them an email and received nothing back. I called and it went straight to voicemail. I left a message and got nothing back. Finally they responded with an email saying he was busy and he forgot about the order. Waited and waited and called again and got no reply. sent another message tuesday saying if i didnt receive the item or a reply, I would dispute the charge on my credit card. I paid for express shipping and have received nothing yet. I called my credit card and disputed the charge. Just thought i would give everyone a heads up on the lack of service and being scammed. Highly dissapointed with them. rant over and fire suit on.

I would continue to contact them until you get satisfaction... and your money back for the express shipping. Call, and email them, and tell them you want to speak to Leo specifically.

I believe Boss was the guy on this one as I haven't talked with Leo in a long long while.

The product that they have is impecible and, quite frankly, remains as one of the absolute best towels on the market, in my opinion. I'm very sorry you had trouble with them. While this may reflect badly upon dft, I can assure you that you are an exception - not the rule.

Leo, unlike many folks that are selling car care 'stuff' these days, is a TRUE motor head that takes his business and the loyalty that he's gained from his customers VERY seroiusly. While that's obviously not a cop-out for you not getting good service - nor an excuse - I feel CONFIDENT that you are the exception to the rule.

I think you'll be pleased with the towels... Let us know what you think.

I agree, Leo has great products, and has a reputation for equally great service. He was looking into this issue right after we talked.

I fully trust you guys and your opinions, which is why when i got the gift certificate from him, i ordered more stuff from him. I just chalked this thing up to, "one of those things". Hopefully it wont happen again.
