First, use a quality car wash soap and a sponge, often.

Second, find yourself a quality wheel wax. Apply every month or every other. I believe Adams makes a really good wheel wax. I'm using some stuff that I found at Autozone actually called "Wheel Wax" and it doesn't work too bad for the price.

no, its chrome safe, go to the how to section and it has it listed. I used it on my old Supercrew and it didn't hurt them, just got off all the brakedust grime

Meguiar's has a consumer product available called Meguiar's Chrome Wheel Cleaner that is very good it is in a purple bottle if im not mistaken..maybe pink though...just scan through but it is supposed to be safe..they have a chrome cleaner and an all wheel cleaner..i love the all wheel cleaner..nice shine but most importantly safe...chrome wheels are a big investment..go with the least aggressive method first..the above statement of just car soap and a sponge is great advice...then the chrome wheel cleaner will add shine...maybe even try ammonia free glass cleaner
